What This Future Role May Involve

As an Office Manager, you would serve as the organizational heartbeat of our business, helping keep operations running efficiently while supporting leadership and our growing team.

Responsibilities may include:

• Overseeing day-to-day office operations
• Answering phones and serving as the primary point of contact for the office
• Managing calendars, meetings, reminders, and follow-up tasks
• Supporting bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Preparing reports and financial information for leadership
• Maintaining organized records and company documentation
• Coordinating communication between the office, field team, vendors, and clients
• Tracking deadlines, action items, and project administration
• Improving office systems and operational processes
• Supporting onboarding and general administrative functions
• Helping foster an organized, positive, and collaborative workplace

Preferred Experience

• 5+ years in an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Bookkeeper, or similar administrative leadership role
• Experience supporting a construction company, contractor, service business, or small business
• Bookkeeping or financial administration experience
• Experience supporting business owners or leadership teams

Preferred Software Experience

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• QuickBooks
• Google Workspace
• JobTread
• CRM software
• Scheduling software
• Construction management platforms
