Who We Are Culdesac Tempe is a mixed‑use neighborhood development that opened in 2023, featuring open space, shared courtyards, and 20+ retailers, including the James Beard-nominated Cocina Chiwas. Culdesac is the co‑developer and property manager, serving as Neighborhood Management focused on more than just housing. The Role Leasing and Community Operations Coordinator (full‑time or part‑time) on‑site at the Culdesac Tempe neighborhood office. Responsible for building community by growing resident numbers, guiding prospective residents through the neighborhood, and ensuring current residents are satisfied. Schedule & Availability Full‑time: Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays; Sundays off; one consistent mid‑week day (Wednesday or Thursday). Part‑time: flexible coverage, must include Mondays and Saturdays. Requirements 1–2 years of lead generation and conversion experience in leasing or related sales. Experience providing exceptional customer service and de‑escalating difficult situations. Comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Knowledge of CRM software and property‑management systems preferred. Ability to make decisions quickly in a fast‑paced environment. Passion for the brand and ability to share it with prospects. Will work on‑site; able to lift up to 25 pounds, walk extended periods, and use stairs.
