Platinum Chiropractic is looking for a people‐person who can juggle schedules, phones & patient interactions with warmth, patience and positivity. Skills can be trained — personality and a service‐first mindset are what count!

What You’ll Get

✨ 4‐day work week (37 hrs total, Fri–Sun off every week!)

What You’ll Do

• Create a welcoming experience for every patient
• Handle patient phone inquiries with a friendly, confident approach
• Schedule appointments for chiropractic care & red light therapy
• Verify insurance for new patients
• Keep documentation organized and accurate

Tools We Use (not required)

• Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) - PLUS to have this experience!
• Genesis Chiropractic Software
• GoHighLevel
• Canva
• Phone/texting software

Work Hours (with daily 45 minute unpaid lunch)

• Monday and Wednesday 7am - 6pm
• Tuesday and Thursday 9am - 6pm
