- Previous experience as a General Manager at a Full Service, Fast Causal, or Quick Service restaurant

- Good at cultivating a great culture
- Hands on leader
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
