Compensation:

$125,400 - $298,600 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions.
• Communicate effectively with buyers to understand their needs and preferences, tailoring property showings accordingly.
• Collaborate with the team to schedule and coordinate showings, optimizing time and resources.
• Provide timely feedback to the lead agent after each showing, ensuring seamless client follow-up.
• Stay informed about local market trends and property values to offer clients up-to-date insights.
• Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor, building trust and rapport with clients.
• Assist in preparing and organizing property information for showings, ensuring clients have all necessary details at hand.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring clients feel heard and understood.
• Proven track record of managing schedules and coordinating multiple appointments efficiently.
• Familiarity with the Phoenix-Mesa-Scottsdale real estate market is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
• Strong organizational skills to prepare and present property information accurately.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized and communicate with clients and team members effectively.
