Case Resolution SpecialistLocation: Honolulu, HI (On-site)Pay: $23.33/hrTEKsystems is hiring a Case Resolution Specialist to support a local healthcare organization in Honolulu.Responsibilities:Investigate and resolve member appeals and grievancesResearch member concerns and gather information from internal teamsConduct outbound calls with members and providersDocument case findings and resolutionsEnsure cases are resolved accurately and within required timelinesQualifications:Customer service, call center, healthcare operations, or administrative experienceStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to research and resolve complex issuesStrong attention to detail and organizationHealthcare insurance or health plan experience preferredThis is a fully onsite position in Honolulu with free parking available. Candidates should be comfortable handling sensitive member issues and working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.33 - $23.33/hr.
