Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs in educational settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
- Ability to design, monitor, and adjust effective individualized intervention plans
- Dedication to maintaining ethical and professional standards at all times
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and create targeted behavior intervention plans
- Provide training, consultation, and ongoing support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate student progress and make timely program adjustments
- Collaborate with IEP teams, providing guidance on behavior goals, supports, and best practices
- Support schools in promoting positive and inclusive learning environments
- Lead or contribute to professional development workshops as needed
