Desired Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students
- Provide direct and consultative behavioral support within classroom settings
- Train and guide teachers and support staff in implementing effective behavioral interventions
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform ongoing treatment adjustments
- Participate in IEP meetings and document progress in alignment with district requirements
- Engage with families to foster consistency and generalization of behavioral strategies beyond the classroom
