How you'll make an impact:

• Sells insurance products and services to walk-in, call-in and referred prospects and/or current customers on an inside sales basis.
• Collects prospect information, determines appropriate products and services to offer and closes sales.
• Cross sells other Company products and services and refers prospects to appropriate business lines.
• Maintains knowledge of insurance and other Company products and services.

About you:

• Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, in addition to 1+ years of demonstrated sales experience and 1+ years of commercial insurance experience. Insurance licensing required.
• Preferred: Property & Casualty license preferred.
• Behaviors: Should possess good verbal communication skills.

Compensation and benefits:

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
