This contract position offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week and the possibility of a hybrid arrangement, although being on-site is preferred to foster deeper connections within the school community. You'll join a collaborative team of school psychologists who value their work environment and make a tangible difference every day.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience or strong interest in serving a high school caseload
• Working knowledge of behavioral assessment, intervention strategies, and special education eligibility
• Ability to effectively communicate with students, staff, and families
• Capacity for collaboration within a multidisciplinary team
• Comfortable with technology for documentation and virtual consultation, if hybrid flexibility is needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct psychological services, including individual or group counseling
• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results
• Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings, contributing expertise to develop individualized plans
• Offer crisis intervention and support as needed
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to inform and implement best practices for student achievement
• Maintain accurate records and data in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
