Job Description

Make a meaningful impact as a contracted School Psychologist supporting high school students for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time, in-person position starts August 24th, 2026 and runs through June 16th, 2027. Key Qualifications:

Active Delaware (DE) School Psychologist license—must be submitted with your application
Previous school-based psychologist experience at the high school level preferred
Demonstrated experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and writing detailed reports
Comfortable working exclusively onsite, 5 days a week
Proven record of collaborating as part of IEP teams and with multidisciplinary school staff
Reliable transportation for the daily commute
Ability to complete required fingerprinting promptly (fee paid upfront)

Role Responsibilities:

Administer comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to high school students
Prepare thorough, data-driven reports to inform educational planning
Participate actively in IEP meetings, offering expert recommendations for student support
Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster positive learning outcomes
Support student well-being and success through proactive, evidence-based interventions

This contract role offers the stability of a set schedule (Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours weekly), a professional school environment, and the fulfillment of directly impacting the high school community. The interview process will take place virtually via Microsoft Teams.
