This individual completes registration for scheduled and unscheduled visits by collecting accurate demographic information, insurance information, and handling patient financial obligations at the time of service. The Registration Specialist I greets and serves patients and internal team members in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner to promote positive encounters. Some travel from site to site, as well as extended hours may be required based on business needs of the department. Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience Preferred: 1–2 Years Related Experience Skills Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with the public and co-workers Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team Proficient in using computers and computer systems Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment Licensure / Certification / Registration N/A #J-18808-Ljbffr
