Essential Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Possess ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or be a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for collaborating with educators, parents, and students
• Flexibility to adapt interventions to individualized education plans (IEPs)

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy, monitor progress, and update documentation as required
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure optimal outcomes for each student
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to the educational team
• Maintain up-to-date records in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
