Make a positive impact in the lives of students by providing speech and language services within a supportive and innovative school environment for the 2026/2027 academic year. This full-time, contract opportunity focuses on advancing communication skills for children, helping them succeed both academically and socially. You’ll be working in a district that values professional development, collaboration, and student-centered care.
With a flexible blend of in-person and teletherapy services, you’ll serve a diverse pediatric caseload with access to comprehensive resources and mentorship, whether you’re an experienced clinician or completing your Clinical Fellowship Year. You’ll be instrumental in empowering students while working alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid or eligible SLP CCC credential or eligibility for CFY
- State licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Familiarity with both school-based and healthcare therapy models
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric populations
- Knowledge of best practices in assessment and therapy, including virtual/teletherapy delivery
- SLPA supervision experience considered a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language intervention to students
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
- Utilize evidence-based strategies and digital tools for both in-person and teletherapy sessions
