Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Strong assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills
- Ability to provide therapy and support for students with diverse speech and language needs
- Clear communication, organization, and time management abilities

- Evaluate and assess students for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for speech/language services
- Deliver direct therapy to students individually and in groups
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary professionals
- Document progress and maintain accurate, timely records in accordance with school policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight for educational planning
- Support students in achieving their academic and social communication goals
