We are seeking a Property Maintenance Manager to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to keep our apartment complex running smoothly and in good repair.
Responsibilities:
- Repair major and minor issues with buildings
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
- Order and replace broken parts
- Maintain a clean and a safe work space
- Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in apartment maintenance
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
We are Northridge Heights Townhomes located in north Pueblo on Aztec drive
