Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote
$55/hour
12-Month Contract → Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
Overview
This is a high-impact opportunity to sit at the intersection of automation, data analytics, and financial operations . In this role, you’ll work closely with both business and technology teams to identify inefficiencies, build automation solutions, and drive meaningful improvements across Wealth Management Operations.
This is not a pure consulting role — the hiring manager is specifically looking for someone with a strong technical background in building automation solutions and working hands-on with data.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and assess automation opportunities across operational workflows
- Design, build, test, and deploy solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, Alteryx , and scripting languages (Python, SQL, VBA)
- Translate business requirements into scalable and resilient automation solutions
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and rollout of new processes
- Support UAT, production implementation, and ongoing enhancements
- Monitor automations, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in automation, data analytics, or similar roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (required)
- Strong hands-on experience with RPA tools and automation platforms
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, VBA , or similar scripting languages
- Strong data fluency and ability to analyze complex workflows
- Experience within financial services operations (Wealth Management preferred)
- Ability to manage projects end-to-end and work cross-functionally
Nice to Have
- Certifications in UiPath, Power Automate, or other automation tools
- Prior consulting experience (helpful, but not the focus)
