Location: Miami, FL Duties Lead and manage complex legal matters in Corporate, Litigation, and Trusts & Estates. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. Drive business development initiatives to expand the firm’s client base. Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated legal solutions. Mentor and guide junior attorneys and other staff, helping them develop their careers. Contribute to the firm’s strategic direction and leadership initiatives. Requirements Significant experience in one or more of the firm's core practice areas (Corporate, Litigation, Trusts & Estates). Demonstrated success in business development and managing client relationships. Experience leading teams and handling complex legal cases. Strong negotiation skills and a strategic approach to legal issues. Proven ability to innovate and provide practical legal solutions to clients. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active membership in the bar of at least one jurisdiction where the position is based. Skills Business development and client management expertise. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proven leadership abilities with experience managing teams.
