You will engage with our outpatient practice operating from Reading, Pennsylvania, where we maintain operational hours from Monday to Saturday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, identifying their mental health needs and dynamics.

• Perform initial comprehensive evaluations and triage care appropriately to ensure that all clients receive timely interventions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, communicating regimens, treatment plans, and care strategies through documentation and departmental meetings, such as patient rounds.

• Demonstrate the requisite knowledge and skills necessary to meet the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety requirements of diverse patient populations.

• Provide ongoing case management for assigned clients, working closely with hospital and community resources to deliver integrated care.
\n
• Maintain ethical and timely documentation of patient interactions and care plans, adhering to department guidelines.
\n
• If required, implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities to support patients in achieving their individualized treatment goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, providing support to children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will handle various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational problems. Your expertise will guide patients as they navigate their challenges, empowering them towards healing and improvement.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must possess a valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW issued by the State of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is required.

• Willingness to dedicate between 10 to 40 hours per week to client sessions, with flexibility in scheduling.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience with evidence-based treatment techniques, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), is highly valued. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and insurance credentialing will also be considered advantageous.
