This role sits at the center of Sales Finance and is critical to driving financial clarity, forecasting accuracy, and data integrity across the Enterprise business. This is not a passive reporting role as you will actively consult leaders and drive business outcomes. The right candidate will own our financial data foundation, drive forecasting rigor, support annual planning, and serve as a trusted partner to Sales, Marketing, HR, Sales Ops, and Product leadership. We are looking for someone who brings strong accountability, proactive ownership, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.Responsibilities:Own end-to-end segment forecasting for Vantor’s Enterprise P&L, including revenue, COGS, and OPEXPartner directly with the sales team to model bookings, revenue conversion, and pipeline trendsManage expense forecasts, headcount planning, and variance analysisDevelop and maintain cash flow forecasts with scenario planningPrepare board- and executive-level financial reporting with clear narratives and insightsDrive data integrity and accuracy within Adaptive and Excel-based modelsWork closely with accounting, RevOps, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial dataMinimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a finance role, preferably within a high-growth, data-driven companyPreference for a consulting background focused on problem solving, advisement, and action with the energy and ambition to see results through to completionStrong financial modeling skills (monthly, weekly, annual planning cadence)Experience with forecasting and BVA analysisAdvanced Excel required; experience with BI tools and financial systems preferredExperience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments preferredExposure to AI-enabled tools or automation workflows is a plusHighly detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skillsComfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving prioritiesPassion for using financial insights to drive business performanceWhat Makes You a Strong Fit: Highly accountable — you take ownership and follow throughProactive — you identify problems before they surfaceDriven — you operate with urgency and high standardsA self-starter — you don’t wait for direction to add valueSolution-oriented — you bring answers, not just questionsComfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environmentPerformance Expectations:Within 6 months, a successful hire will:Fully own the Enterprise GTM financial data environmentImprove forecast clarity and accuracyIndependently drive planning and BVA processesProvide reliable executive-ready materialsBe capable of stepping in to cover core responsibilities of the Enterprise CFO when neededPay Transparency: To support pay transparency, Vantor includes salary ranges in all U.S. job postings. The base pay for this position within Colorado is: $98,000.00 - $130,000.00 - $143,000.00 annually. The base pay for this position within New Jersey is: $98,000.00 - $130,000.00 - $143,000.00 annually. The base pay for this position within Delaware is: $98,000.00 - $130,000.00 - $143,000.00 annually. The base pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $107,000.00 - $143,000.00 - $157,300.00 annually. The base pay for this position within California is: $113,000.00 - $150,000.00 - $165,000.00 annually.For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
