Base pay range $25.00/hr - $35.00/hr Location: Lenexa, KS Responsibilities Set up tables/tents in high-traffic campus areas Engage students and add them to the marrow registry Lead and coordinate volunteer groups (sororities, fraternities, etc.) Approach 300+ individuals per day On feet most of the day, often in hot weather Responsible for setup, takedown, and overall event leadership Typically schedule 3 events/week (more during October, fewer after Thanksgiving) Qualifications Must have a valid driver's license Outgoing, proactive, high energy, and charismatic Comfortable with physical demands (standing, lifting equipment) Able to lead and inspire volunteers Self-motivated and organized Experience with sales, customer service, or public-facing roles preferred Experience connecting with college-age individuals preferred Public health or nonprofit experience is a plus As an equal-opportunity employer, Dahl Consulting welcomes candidates of all backgrounds and experiences to apply.
