Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a 332-unit residential community in Birmingham, AL. This is a great opportunity to work in a positive environment with a team that values quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete service requests/work orders in a timely and professional manner
Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs
Maintain property standards and address maintenance issues promptly
Deliver excellent customer service to residents
Qualifications:
HVAC certification required
Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Must have own tools
Reliable transportation required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
