Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-level, concierge-style maintenance services that improve the livability of each client's outdoor space
• Foster a professional working dynamic with the crew, providing continual coaching and accountability
• Effectively lead the crew in the servicing of high-end gardens and accounts across your route
• Successfully operate and maintain ground equipment and power equipment

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the management of landscape maintenance work
• Strength, stamina, and mobility to perform physical work outdoors, especially during hot and cold weather conditions
• Ability to access and navigate our bulk yard, loading areas, office space, and other aspects of our facilities
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening, background check, and motor vehicle report
• Strength, stamina, mobility, and ability to carry 80 pounds
