Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Bookkeeper position with a Pittsburgh-area organization. This opportunity is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with financial records, meeting deadlines, and supporting business operations through accurate bookkeeping and reporting.
Key Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions using QuickBooks Desktop and Online
• Reconcile bank accounts
• Reconcile credit card accounts
• Prepare financial statements including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow reports
• Create and maintain financial dashboards and reporting tools
• Identify and report financial discrepancies or findings
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records

Qualifications

• Associate degree, accounting certificate, or related accounting education required
• 2-4 years of QuickBooks Desktop and Online experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
