Work Hours: Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Arizona Time)

Duration: 6 Months (Extendable

Job Summary

STAFFXPERT is Seeking a Contact Center Dev Lead with 4 5 years of experience in Five9 VCC and Twilio to design, implement, and support cloud-based contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will lead solution design, IVR development, system integrations, deployment, administration, and cloud engineering while ensuring high availability, security, and compliance.

Required Skills

4 5 years of experience with Five9 VCC and Twilio contact center platforms.
Strong expertise in IVR design, ACD, call routing, SIP, VoIP, and telephony .
Experience with REST APIs , CRM integrations (Salesforce or similar), and SQL.
Knowledge of SSO, SAML, OAuth , cloud networking, and contact center architecture.
Experience with deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and production support.
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

Five9 and/or Cloud certifications.
Experience with Verint WFM or Workforce Optimization tools.
DevOps exposure (CI/CD, automation scripting).
Knowledge of PCI, SOC2, and other security/compliance standards.
