About Lendyx Lendyx is a direct private real estate lender financing residential transition loans, ground‑up construction, bridge, and fix‑and‑flip projects for professional developers, with a strong base in South Florida and across most of the country. We’re growing quickly and building the operational and capital markets infrastructure to scale. Our loans are institutional in nature, which means the quality and integrity of every closing file is central to the business. The role We’re hiring a Closing Manager to own the loan from clear‑to‑close through funding, recording, and delivery of a complete, defect‑free collateral file. This is the last line of defense on file quality before funds go out the door and before a loan is delivered for sale. It’s a coordination‑and‑execution role at its core: precision, deadline discipline, and never dropping a ball matter more than anything else. You’ll also build and own the closing function itself – the SOPs, the per‑file standards, and the quality bar the rest of the team runs on. This role works the handoff from our processing team and coordinates closely with funding partners and internal leadership. What you’ll do Confirm clear‑to‑close: verify all underwriting conditions are satisfied and documented before initiating closing Own title: review the commitment, clear all requirements, confirm correct vesting and lien position, order payoffs, and ensure the policy and endorsements match the loan Verify insurance: confirm correct lender/mortgagee clauses and evidence of paid premium Verify borrowing entity, good standing, authorized signers, and guaranties Prepare and QC the closing package; reconcile every economic term against the approved terms Prepare and verify settlement figures Coordinate funding and verify all wire instructions through independent callback Manage signing, execution, recording, and return of executed documents Assemble and deliver the complete collateral file, track and clear all trailing documents Board loans for servicing and set up construction draw administration Build, maintain, and continuously improve closing SOPs, checklists, and quality metrics What we’re looking for 3+ years closing residential or commercial real estate loans, with direct, hands‑on experience closing construction and bridge/fix‑and‑flip loans Strong command of title review, ALTA endorsements, and lien‑priority mechanics Experience closing loans intended for sale to note buyers or aggregators Florida closing experience strongly preferred (Notice of Commencement / mechanic’s lien priority, wind and flood requirements) Why Lendyx Own and build the closing function rather than inherit someone else’s A growing platform with real capital markets ambition, where clean execution directly drives the trajectory of the business Competitive base plus performance‑based bonus tied to turnaround, trailing‑doc clearance, and closing quality Direct access to founders and a short path from idea to implementation #J-18808-Ljbffr
