Provide critical pharmacy services in a dynamic hospital setting serving 60 acute care and over 100 long-term care beds. This travel pharmacist opportunity in Van Nuys, CA offers an exciting chance to work in a multidisciplinary environment supporting quality patient care.

Schedule & Location:

• Variable days/afternoons
• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Position based in Van Nuys, California
• Travel assignment, 26+ weeks with an ASAP start

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
• Collaborate closely with physicians and nurses to optimize medication therapy
• Utilize pharmacokinetic principles in patient care
• Work within the Altera Sunrise IT system (training provided)

Qualifications:

• Valid California pharmacist license required
• Recent hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Ability to adapt to a unique IT platform with provided training
