Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A clinical pharmacist opportunity is available at a prominent hospital setting located in Glendale, CA. This role involves providing expert pharmaceutical care in a fast-paced hospital environment, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through effective medication management.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting clinical pharmacotherapy evaluations and interventions
