• Tue/Wed/Fri; shifts 8 am - 5 pm or 11 am - 8 pm (expanded access)
• Approximately 20 patients per day
• Outpatient clinic setting
• EMR: Epic
• 3+ years hands-on primary care experience required
• Serves a multi-cultural population across various income levels
• Spanish fluency required
• All ages -- internal medicine focus with pediatric support available
