Dania Beach (Beachfront Concept)- $90-$100K!

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations for our high-volume, open-air beachfront restaurant and bar. Known for serving fresh, coastal-inspired eats, classic beachside dishes, and family-friendly favorites from breakfast through dinner, we need a hands-on leader who can maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and kitchen efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of kitchen management or executive chef experience in a high-volume, casual dining, or resort/beachfront restaurant environment.

• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team building, delegation, and retaining culinary talent.

• Solid understanding of food safety regulations (ServSafe Manager certification preferred).

• Financial acumen with experience managing food cost percentages, labor management, and kitchen P&L.

• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, open-air, fast-paced environment and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
