Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources for effective treatment planning.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Implement therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy to promote healing and client engagement.

• Develop personalized treatment plans with clearly defined goals and interventions corresponding to clients’ individual circumstances.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and integrated treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention services, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans as needed, ensuring client safety and stability.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards while keeping it accessible for relevant stakeholders.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups aiming to enhance clients’ therapeutic experiences and promote community.

Qualifications\n
