Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources. This critical early step sets the foundation for effective treatment planning.

• Provide a range of therapeutic services including individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams of psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients.

• Lead group therapy sessions and educational workshops designed to reinforce therapeutic skills and promote community among clients.

• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment services to support clients in urgent need while maintaining ethical and legal standards in documentation.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
