Responsibilities Client Relationship Building: Establish and develop strong relationships with prospects and healthcare providers through site visits, phone calls, and targeted outreach. Territory Expansion: Identify business opportunities and execute market growth strategies across assigned territories. Consultative Selling: Build long-term partnerships with clients by providing tailored product guidance, technical support, and service/profitability improvements. Account Management: Accountable for end-to-end sales execution, territory planning, organizing sales calls, and managing account life cycles. Operational & Compliance Quality: Maintain quality service by adhering to company policies, sales procedures, and industry regulatory guidelines. CRM Tracking: Utilize CRM software to track lead status, update sales pipeline metrics, and measure progress toward quarterly sales targets. Qualifications College degree in Sales, Business, or related discipline strongly preferred. Proven B2B or medical sales experience required. Experience in orthopedic, sports medicine, or surgical equipment sales highly preferred. Demonstrated track record of taking extreme ownership and working independently in the field. Strong verbal/written communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Technical competence, including proficiency with CRM software and digital sales workflows. Adaptability, competitive drive, and a passionate desire to grow in medical sales.
