For more than 30 years, our client has developed innovative orthopedic implants, surgical instruments, and advanced technology applications that are trusted by surgeons around the world. Their continued investment in research and development has created one of the industry's strongest pipelines of new product launches. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Orthopedic Sales Representative to join the team in the Naples / Fort Myers territory. This role is responsible for growing an established orthopedic implant business while introducing new technologies to surgeons and healthcare facilities throughout the territory. Key aspects of the position: Grow sales of a market-leading orthopedic implant portfolio within an established territory. Develop and strengthen relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, surgery centers, and key decision makers. Provide clinical support in the operating room and become a trusted resource to your customers. Drive new business while expanding existing accounts. Partner with a collaborative and experienced local team dedicated to exceeding customer expectations. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of orthopedic surgical sales experience . Proven success supporting orthopedic procedures hip, knee, shoulder, or spine in the operating room. Strong relationship-building and territory management skills. Must currently reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the Naples / Fort Myers area (relocation assistance available).
