Engineering Technical Specialist

Position Responsibilities: Lead planning, coordination, execution of detailed EEE workforce skill and knowledge strategies across multiple business units to meet all applicable certification and customer requirements. Accelerate establishment and implementation of an EEE development strategy that streamlines the growth and learning opportunities across the Enterprise. Manage learning and training requirements and functional deliverables. Enable engineering career pathing tools and resources aligned to enterprise strategy. Maintain the EEE skill health and Boeing Designated Expert (BDE) framework. Lead content development intended for the development of Electronic and Electrical Engineering talent by understanding program needs/priorities including detailed program and skill requirements. Build relationships to gain support and commitment from others, promote ideas with enthusiasm, conviction, and assertiveness. Communicate plans and strategies with senior/executive leadership. Drive results using appropriate processes, tools, schedules, metrics, and data analytics. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience): Bachelor's degree or higher. 5 or more years’ experience managing or leading engineering teams. 5 or more years of experience in the Aerospace Industry. 5 or more years of experience working both independently and in a team environment. Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross‑functional teams on projects and initiatives. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/ Experience): Experience working across a team representing multiple skill areas with internal and external resources and customers. 5 or more years of experience working both independently and in a team environment. Experience with complex systems development and integration. Experience with leading project execution to complete the work statement. Excellent decision making, resourcefulness, and accountability.
