Assistant Operations Manager

McGowan Mortgages — a top-producing branch of NEXA Mortgage LLC — is hiring a remote Assistant Operations Manager to help lead our growing mortgage operations team. Reporting directly to our Operations Manager, you will oversee daily workflows, manage processors, enforce compliance, and ensure every loan file moves through the pipeline efficiently and accurately. We close loans with 300+ wholesale lenders nationwide, and our operations team is the engine that makes it all happen. If you have strong mortgage operations experience and a passion for building systems, coaching teams, and driving results, this is your opportunity to grow into a senior leadership role.
