Youth Services & Housing Case Manager

The Seattle YMCA's SKYS program seeks a dedicated Case Manager to support youth and young adults in education, employment and housing. You will develop individualized service plans, build strong relationships with participants, and collaborate with partners to connect resources and opportunities. Strong communication, organizational skills and a compassionate approach are essential. Expect full-time hours Mon–Fri 9am–5pm with occasional evenings; driving may be required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Seattle YMCA
