Wil jij als Developer Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Power Platform bouwen aan technologie die écht impact maakt? In deze rol werk je aan een platform dat direct bijdraagt aan de kwaliteit van de huisartsenzorg in Nederland. Met behulp van Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform en Power Pages wordt een digitaal systeem ontwikkeld waarmee huisartsenpraktijken, huisartsenposten en apotheekhoudende praktijken hun kwaliteit aantonen en verbeteren. Jij speelt een belangrijke rol in het verder ontwikkelen van dit platform en helpt mee om processen slimmer, efficiënter en toekomstbestendig te maken. Je komt terecht in een klein en betrokken IT-team waar veel ruimte is voor eigen initiatief, technische ideeën en zelfstandigheid.
