Employer Industry: Electrical Solutions Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $176,300.00 Opportunity for career advancement and growth within a leading global provider of electrical solutions Flexible work arrangement with the option to work remotely from a home office Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision plans, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match Support for philanthropic activities and employee engagement initiatives Dynamic work environment with the chance to make a significant impact on customer success What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Lead and manage the sales process to achieve revenue and margin targets within the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies with execution capabilities Develop and deliver compelling customer-facing presentations and proposals that articulate the value proposition Maintain market awareness and provide accurate forecasting to support strategic business planning What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred, with equivalent outside sales experience accepted Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry Proven experience working with Industrial power generation and management, EPCs, and/or renewable energy developers Strong consultative sales acumen and ability to lead long sales cycles with multiple partners Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience in selling LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, or integrated solutions Demonstrated ability to lead and align rep agency performance and partnerships Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to visit customers and attend events Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities Equal Opportunity & Privacy Statement We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
