Join a growing Cardiology team at Chenango Memorial Hospital, a critical access community hospital serving the region with strong outpatient demand and long-term growth opportunities.

Position Highlights

• Outpatient-focused Cardiology role
• Collaborate with 1 Cardiologist + experienced APP team
• High-volume practice (4+ month waitlist)
• 18–20 patients/day
• Low-volume outpatient call (~10 days/month)
• Flexible schedule: 5 days or 4x10s

Practice Environment

• Hospital-based clinic with on-site echo, stress testing & cardiac rehab
• Structured model: physician-led new consults ? APP follow-ups
• Strong physician support + growing autonomy
• Opportunity to gradually expand into inpatient exposure

Compensation & Benefits

• $153,500 – $176,900 base salary
• Loan repayment up to $75K
• Retention bonuses + relocation assistance

• PTO starting at 20 days + $4K CME

Qualifications

• NP or PA, board certified
• Cardiology experience preferred (or primary care background)
• NY license or eligibility required
