Oversee the daily operations of our Cherry Hill office to ensure efficiency and high service standards.

Develop and execute growth strategies that expand our footprint within the local community.

Recruit, train, and provide ongoing mentorship to our insurance sales team.

Manage relationships with our insurance carriers to ensure competitive product offerings for our clients.

Analyze sales metrics and office performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Foster a supportive and productive workplace culture where staff members feel encouraged to do their best work.

Serve as the primary point of contact for complex client concerns, ensuring every issue is resolved with care.

New Jersey Life and Health insurance producer license.

Property and Casualty license for the state of New Jersey.

Five or more years of experience managing insurance agency operations or high-performing sales teams.

Strong track record of business development and client retention.

In-depth knowledge of carrier contracts and underwriting guidelines.

Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a growing staff.

Proficiency in industry-standard agency management systems.
