Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Evesham office to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Cultivate relationships with our insurance carriers to negotiate better terms and secure competitive products for our clients.

Mentor our team of sales producers by sharing your industry expertise and helping them refine their approach.

Monitor financial performance and agency growth metrics to ensure we are meeting our long-term goals.

Act as a senior point of contact for our most valuable clients, providing strategic guidance on their coverage needs.

Foster a workplace culture that values curiosity, empathy, and professional integrity.

New Jersey Property and Casualty Insurance License.

New Jersey Life and Health Insurance License.

Five or more years of experience managing independent insurance agency operations.

Documented history of growing revenue and maintaining client retention.

Expertise in navigating carrier contracts and underwriting guidelines.

Proficiency in agency management systems like Applied Epic or Vertafore.

Ability to mentor staff and oversee daily office workflows.
