Oversee daily agency operations to ensure smooth workflows and high-quality service.

Mentor and guide a dedicated sales staff to achieve their professional goals and individual targets.

Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our footprint in the Mount Laurel community.

Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Maintain strong relationships with carriers and vendors to ensure competitive product offerings.

Foster an inclusive and energetic office environment where everyone feels valued and motivated.

Active New Jersey Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Documented track record of success in insurance sales and agency leadership.

Advanced understanding of risk management and policy structures.

Effective communication skills for coaching staff and building client rapport.

Ability to navigate complex licensing and regulatory requirements.

Experience in business development and local networking within the Mount Laurel area.
