Job Title : Office Coordinator/Front Desk (Insurance Firm) Location : Irvine, CA Hourly Rate : $20-$22 Work Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM About the Role : We are seeking a Office Coordinator to join a corporate firm in Santa Ana. As the Office Coordinator, you will handle front-desk reception duties, assist with office administration, and provide general support to the team. Key Responsibilities :- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Perform filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
- Support insurance agents with client documentation and follow-ups.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of office or administrative experience (insurance experience a plus).
- Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
