About the Role
We're looking for a GTM Recruiting Manager to build and scale the teams that drive revenue and growth. You'll partner directly with founders and business leaders to hire exceptional talent across Growth, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, and other Go-to-Market functions.
Growth hiring will be a core focus of this role, including ownership of hiring across Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Growth Operations, and other growth-driving functions. You'll also lead recruiting efforts across the broader GTM organization while building the systems, processes, and team needed to support rapid company growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead recruiting across GTM functions.
- Partner with founders and GTM hiring managers to develop hiring strategies for key growth initiatives
- Manage, mentor, and develop recruiting team members
- Own full-cycle recruiting for critical GTM and Growth roles, from sourcing through close
- Build scalable recruiting processes, reporting, and talent infrastructure
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top GTM and Growth talent
- Drive exceptional candidate experiences and high offer acceptance rates
- Use data and market insights to improve hiring efficiency and outcomes
- Strengthen employer brand through referrals, events, content, and talent communities
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of recruiting experience, with deep expertise hiring GTM talent
- Strong track record recruiting for Growth-focused roles
- Experience leading and developing recruiters in a high-growth environment
- Proven ability to build talent pipelines and execute hiring strategies with minimal oversight
- Exceptional sourcing, assessment, and candidate closing skills
- Strong business acumen and understanding of how Growth and GTM teams scale
- Experience partnering closely with founders and senior leadership
- Deep interest in AI, technology, and building high-performing teams
- Highly organized, fast-moving, and excited about making hiring a strategic advantage
