Onsite District Admin & HR Support (Payroll)

Axis Odessa is seeking a District Administrative Support for our oil field services facility. This on-site role provides advanced administrative support across operations, handling confidential documents and communications, and working under limited supervision.
You will process timekeeping in UKG WFM, manage field tickets, prepare reports, assist HR with new hire procedures, and support recruitment. Strong organization and English communication are essential; Spanish is a plus.
