Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant to support Workday implementations,enhancements, configuration, testing, and HR transformation initiatives. The consultant will workclosely with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, performfit-gap analysis, design Workday solutions, and support successful delivery. End-to-end Workday HCMimplementation experience is required. Responsibilities Act as the Functional Consultant for Workday HCMimplementations and enhancements. Conduct requirements-gathering workshops andfit-gap analysis. Translate business requirements into Workdayfunctional designs. Configure and support Workday HCM modules andbusiness processes. Collaborate with HR, Talent Management, Payroll,Benefits, and technical teams. Support data migration, testing, defectresolution, and production deployment. Prepare functional specifications, processdocumentation, and training materials. Provide post-go-live support. Identify and implement continuous processimprovements. Ensure solutions align with HR policies,security, and regulatory requirements. Required Skills Extensive experience as a Workday HCMFunctional Consultant . Mandatory: Workday Core HR . End-to-end Workday HCM implementation experience. Strong experience with: Core HCM Organization Management Business Process Framework Talent Management Compensation Absence Management Performance Management Learning Workday HCM configuration and securityexperience. Strong understanding of HR processes and employeelifecycle management. Requirements gathering and solution designexperience. Strong stakeholder management and businessconsulting skills.
