Job Summary
We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our law firm. We are a firm who focuses on moving violations within the New York City area.
Responsibilities
Conduct hearings regarding traffic violations in five boroughs of NYC
Appear in several criminal courts in NYC as well as upstate New York and Long Island
Negotiate with prosecutors and judges. Advise clients as to the ramifications of any convictions.
Qualifications
Successful completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school and bar exam
Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate with colleagues to best serve clients
Must have access to a vehicle
