Senior Hardware Design Engineer — Orlando, FL $150,000 | Full-time, Direct-hire Join an established manufacturer of ruggedized video cards and embedded computing systems for aerospace, defense, and industrial applications - a true end-to-end hardware ownership role, from architecture through production. Key responsibilities & requirements Lead design of electronic hardware for ruggedized graphics and embedded systems; own schematic capture and multilayer PCB layout (Altium, OrCAD) with a focus on high-speed digital, analog, and mixed-signal design Perform circuit-level analysis, signal integrity simulations, and power integrity validation; contribute to hardware platform decisions involving microcontrollers, FPGAs, and GPUs Drive bring-up and validation of hardware prototypes, including environmental/compliance testing (MIL-STD-810, DO-160) 5+ years of hardware design experience, ideally in ruggedized or mission-critical systems, with genuine concept-to-sustainment ownership Proficiency with EDA tools (Altium, OrCAD, Cadence) and lab instrumentation for board bring-up and debug Competitive salary ($130K–$150K) True end-to-end hardware ownership, not single-phase handoffs Established company with real product line and customer base Exposure to FPGA/GPU platforms and the NVIDIA embedded ecosystem Collaborative culture with access to technical leadership and mentorship #J-18808-Ljbffr ACE Partners
