About The Role Chapman Hyundai is seeking a customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the parts sales process from start to finish while providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers. You will assist customers with parts inquiries, process orders, coordinate with vendors, and help maintain efficient inventory operations. Responsibilities Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish Assist customers by phone and in person with parts inquiries, pricing, and product information Pull, fill, and process parts orders accurately and efficiently Communicate with vendors and customers regarding parts availability and order status Source and locate parts from outside vendors when necessary Provide exceptional customer service to both internal departments and external customers Maintain an organized work area while supporting daily parts department operations Qualifications Strong attention to detail Accountability Clear communication and teamwork Automotive parts experience required Chrysler experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid Nevada driver’s license Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Compensation & Perks Compensation: $18-$20/hr Opportunities for career growth and advancement Supportive, team-oriented workplace Employee discounts and assistance programs Volunteer opportunities and employee engagement programs Closed on Sundays Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company contributions Life insurance Paid time off and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
